What is the best class to start with?

I recommend you start with Classics College! This class will give go over everything you need to get started.

What class would you RECOMMEND for an experienced stylist?

Updo University, Hair High, and Glam-a-long are all designed for a more advanced Stylist. Updo University and Hair High move at a faster pace and each demo 4 styles rather than 3 styles demoed in Classics College. Glam Waves take a bit of practice to master so if you are already working in event styling, you will have lots of opportunity to put the reps in!

What is your teaching style?

I describe my teaching style as straight forward and true to life. You won’t find a lot of fuss with long powerpoints or weird little games that are supposed to illustrate a point. I don’t act like a social media celebrity and you aren’t paying for the swag bag. I get right to the information you came to learn and I try to show and explain anything I know colleague to colleague. I believe that education is sharing what has been consistently successful so you can just skip the trial and error period and get right to the confidence level.

are payment plans available?

Payment plans are not available at this time. The only way to attend a class is to buy a ticket thru Eventbrite. I have kept the cost for classes reasonable so that it can be accessible to many stylists.

How do i get to Mybighairstudio?

Attleboro, Ma is located about 20 minutes from Providence Ri and 40 minutes from Boston. There is plentiful parking around the studio. All of the signs say 1 or 2 hour parking but I am not so sure it is enforced. You can also take the commuter rail from Boston/Providence or the Amtrak from NYC to PVD and switch to the commuter rail. The Studio is a less than 5 minute walk from the train station.
